On August 17, the Shenzhen Golden Seed Culture Training was concluded, bringing the SCC 2022 Golden Seed Company Training to a close. Yang Zhicheng, chairman of SCC, and Zhou Jinqun, general manager of SCC, attended the launching ceremony in Shenzhen, Wuxi and Nantong respectively on behalf of the Company.

        On August 4, 344 golden seeds (promising employees) from Wuxi and Nantong assembled in SCC Wuxi to kick off a 3-day company training. From August 15 to 17, a total of 326 golden seeds (promising employees) from Shenzhen participated in the corporate assemble for training.

        The SCC 2022 Golden Seed Company Training, apart from launching ceremony, ice-breaking and connecting activities, offered online/offline courses on Company Development Strategy, Corporate Culture, Introduction to Electronic Industry and Company Products, Work and Personal Development and Corporate ESG for the purpose that the golden seeds may get a crash course on organizational environment, adapt to their new roles, give full play to their talents, and start on a promising career!
